Mansions at Acqualina set to launch next year in Sunny Isles

The Acqualina condominium in Sunny Isles Beach will launch a residential spinoff next year, the Mansions at Acqualina, according to the Trump Group. The project is of 79 private residences conceived as oceanfront villas, topped by a $40 million, 16,000-square-foot penthouse. The project will be set on a 6.75-acre beachfront lot with 650 feet of ocean frontage connected to the Acqualina by a private bridge. --Alexander Britell
