Pacific Heights Mansion in San FranciscoPacific Heights Mansion in San Francisco which sold for $29.5 million, making it the 2nd most expensive property of the city.
At a time when the real estate prices in the US have seen a slump, especially in the recent times, a mansion in the Pacific Heights section of the San Francisco has been sold at a price tag of $29.5 million. The 11,000 sq foot mansion, which was sold for $10 million less than its 2009 listed price, has created history of sorts after becoming the 2nd most expensive property to be sold in the city known to be dominated by Silicon Valley tech mavens.
Like most of the premium real estate available in the country, this mansion houses plenty of beauty in its décor and design. The mansion is set on Broadway Street, one of the most posh areas of the American city, amongst scenic beauty which is becoming a rarity in a large number of homes. With 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a wine cellar with a 3000 bottle capacity, there is a lot to see and experience within the mansion, and even outside it. The manicured and landscaped lawn, heated swimming pool, extensively decorated dining room with crafted artifacts (pictured below), chandeliers, and wooden furniture are just some of the new benefits that the now proud owner of this mansion would be enjoying. Even the breath taking view from the upper floor bedroom during the later of half the day, is something one can look forward to as the location of the mansion is smack in the middle of the picturesque city. Looking at the styling of the property, it isnât really tough to gather than it belonged to an older bygone era. Closer research revealed at this property was created in 1922, and has changed numerous hands since then.
